Using the platform

You must provide accurate information. Only KYB-verified agents and agencies may publish listings, and all listings must be genuine and lawful.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. We may review, reject or remove content that is fraudulent, duplicated or prohibited.

AI valuations are indicative estimates based on comparable data and are not a formal or guaranteed valuation. Always do your own due diligence.
